Cancelling before proofing
If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been made and order confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your collage or frame, we are happy to offer a full refund.
Please note work would usually begin on new orders at 9am Monday to Friday
Cancelling after proofing
If you want to cancel your order once our designer has completed the setting of your order (i.e. typesetting the wording, adding the images and supplying the proof) then we cannot offer a full refund. We will offer a refund minus a €10 fee for the work already completed on your order.
Cancelling after your order has been printed & shipped
Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we cannot cancel your order and are unable to offer a refund.
If however you have to cancel your order due to changes in information provided, once it has been printed please contact us and we will facilitate a reprint at a very reduced price.
Our Return Policy
Our personalised gifts are non-returnable.
Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced. Design Gaff takes no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made by the customer.
If you have made a mistake with your order and it has already been printed & shipped, please contact us and we will facilitate a reprint at a very reduced price.
