Drafts

Design Gaff will always look to send customers drafts before posting to ensure you're happy with the design so please always try to include your e-mail address.

Also, make sure to keep an eye on your Spam or Junk e-mail folder 

 

Once you're happy with the final draft of your product, it will be shipped to your chosen address within 2 working days via AnPost of Irish customers or Royal Mail for UK-based customers.

12 x 16 Inch Sized Posters

If your product is a 12 x 16 inch print, we will ship it in a postal tube to keep it nice and safe.

Postal tube delivery will cost €3.80 for one poster and €4.80 for two posters throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom as they are counted as parcels.

Normal delivery time for poster tubes would be 2-3 business days after your draft has been approved.

Larger Posters

If your product is a 16 x 20 inch print or larger, we will ship it in a postal tube.

Postal tube delivery for this size will cost €4.80 throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom.

A4 sized Prints

For A4-sized prints, we can post up to four in a certificate envelope with the cost been €2.00 throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom. After four the cost goes up to €3.80

​

Normal delivery time for A4 prints would be 2-3 business days after your draft has been approved.

Canvas Prints

Canvas is wraped in bubble wrap and placed inside rigid boxes. Tracking information will be provided. AnPost deliver to our Irish customers and Royal Mail to customers in the United Kingdom. 

Cavas postage costs €6.95

Canvas Returns Information

What happens if my print was damaged on arrival?
Simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt. If there has been any damage to your print in transit, we will replace this ASAP.

Orders From Outside Europe

All orders outside of Europe will be designed by Design Gaff and filfilled by Gelato to allow for faster delivery times.
